What others are saying about Live. Learn. Love. Eat.:

“Live. Learn. Love. Eat. is my go-to site for delicious, vegan recipes made from whole foods.  Each one is easy to make, using ingredients most people have on their shelves. Tiffany takes all the ‘strange’ out of vegan food and offers readers dishes that simply taste good. I’ve used her recipes to cook for both vegans and omnivores… everyone has loved them!  Healthy food which is eco-friendly, compassionate, and delicious… what could be better?” -Cyndi H., Asheville, NC, USA

“You’re going to love the recipes in this book! They are so nutritious, delicious, and easy to prepare… perfect for busy moms who want to give the very best food to their families.”Julie V., mother of five, Michigan, USA

“Although I am not a vegan, when I stumbled across Tiffany’s blog and tried some of her recipes I quickly became a fan.  I love how kid-friendly and fun the recipes are. I also like that the recipes are nutritious and yummy.  She involves her kids in the kitchen and as a mom myself, I love that and am always trying to find ways to share my love of good food with my kids.”Amanda W., mom of two, Missouri City, TX, USA

“Going vegan has been a wonderful journey for my family, but it definitely started out as a challenge with two young children at home. Tiffany’s recipes were the first I found that gave me hope! Many vegan cookbooks offer good food, but they can be extremely time-consuming. Tiffany’s recipes offer food that is both flavorful and manageable. Even better, they are kid-tested! This is a must-have cookbook for busy parents who care about the health of their family and the planet.” –  Alison L.O., mom to two, Hutchinson, KS, USA

“I can’t get enough of Tiffany’s recipes!  They’re healthy, delicious, and my family loves them.  My meat-and-potatoes husband doesn’t even miss the meat!”Gina W., mother of one, Kenosha, WI, USA

“Tiffany’s recipes have made a very big splash in our home. My picky 5-year-old daughter especially loves all of the baking recipes, and I feel good about feeding them to her.  I stumbled across the blog Live. Learn. Love. Eat. while looking for healthy alternatives for my baking addiction. We aren’t vegan, but I am very aware and passionate about the food I feed my family. I feel so grateful for all of Tiffany’s recipes and blessed that she continues to share her delicious creations with us all!”Kahla P., mama to one with another sweet babe on the way! Golden, CO, USA

Whether you are looking to live more compassionately; eat and cook more whole, natural foods for yourself or your family; or cut out refined flour or sugar from your diet, my hope is that this book will inspire you along your own journey to health and wellness.

  2. This book is PACKED with great information as well as great recipes. I especially liked the “what’s in a well stocked vegan kitchen” section.

There isn’t a book out there with the “vegan family” in mind that presents a plant-based diet with such ease.
Live Learn Love Eat is the answer to those who say “I want to go vegan…what will I feed my kids?”
Highly recommended! I will be sharing this book with many!
