Remember these?
No-Bake Almond Cranberry Oat Bites
Well, they were so yummy that I had to make a variation on them. 🙂
No-Bake Peanut Butter Raisin Oat Bites
A healthy no-bake treat made with the goodness of oats, flax, peanut butter and raisins!
Makes 10 bites
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup crunchy natural peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Combine the oats, flour, ground flax seed and raisins in a medium mixing bowl. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla and mix until combined. You may have to get your hands in there to get everything thoroughly combined. Use your hands to pack the mixture together into balls a little smaller than a golf ball. Repeat to make 10 balls.
Since I am a peanut butter addict. I really liked these ones!
So did Kesa.
As I was taking pictures she was stealing them!
She is not that sneaky though.
My sister-in-law made these for my family and they were delicious! Thanks so much!

Hey Tiffany,
Can wheat flour and rolled oats be used in raw form or you have to roast it and then use.
