Yesterday the girls were doing yoga and so I had to grab my camera and snap some pics. Autumn was calling out the poses.
Stretchy stretch pose.
Meow cow pose.

Tree pose.
Downward dog.
Upside down pose.
Cool dude pose.
Picky nose pose.

Cool dude pose has got to be my favorite. Although picky nose comes in at a close second.
Looks like they’ve got some good flexibility going on there!

LOL. I called out those two poses for fun. They do yoga quite often so one time as a joke I made up the picky nose pose. Now it is a regular pose around here, but I’m sure it must be in other houses too. 😉

I am sure that they would like to! I am no good at it, but my hubby does it well and almost daily. 🙂
