The sun is shining now and it is absolutely beautiful weather for spending every moment of the day outside or at the beach. Right after breakfast the girls hurry to get dressed and get outside to play on their swing set or in the yard for hours.
The days are made even sweeter with this frozen summer treat.
Watermelon Peach Popsicles
Makes 8 popsicles
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cup chopped watermelon
- 1 cup canned sliced peaches, drained of their juices
Directions
Place the chopped watermelon and sliced peaches together in a food processor and blend on high until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 3 hours.
I swear that Autumn asks for a popsicle every hour. I have made these four times already. They are extremely yummy, but what wouldn’t be yummy about sweet, juicy diced peaches and watermelon?
🙂
You must have read my mind I was just thinking about searching for some Popsicle recipes for me and hubby. Now to get some watermelon and peaches. Thanks for the recipe.

Love that baby’s face. We have been making our popsicles with frozen organic cherries, ground chia seeds, and sometimes a bit of homemade nut milk. It cuts down on the sugar rush, as I tend to have low blood sugar and I’m always looking for a way to counteract the natural sugars, even for Zia. We’ve been enjoying lots of juicy watermelon, too–but I haven’t tried putting it into popsicle form yet!
