  1. Thank you so much for this great list of recipes! I googled vegan Christmas cookies and found you. I made your sugar cookie dough balls last night, and I love the way they turned out. I was trying to think of a way to make them look a little festive, so I added some cocoa, shaped them into balls with a hollow, and added pomegranate arils to the hollow. I call them “Christmas Nests.” They turned out so pretty, and my kids loved them. I took a picture. Hope you can see it with this link. We are going to make the reindeer ones tonight!
