Oh my! That is quite the list! I make many of these recipes every year at Christmastime for my family and am planning soon to get my bake-on for my families Christmas gathering. Hmmmm…. that is a tough one! I will choose three, Wholesome Holiday Thumbprint Cookies, Pecan Raisin Butter Tart Squares and Apple Carrot Spice Bread. They are all so yummy though. My kids enjoy the shortbread and other cut-out cookies the best. Oh, and the Rudolph cookies too! 🙂

Thank you so much for this great list of recipes! I googled vegan Christmas cookies and found you. I made your sugar cookie dough balls last night, and I love the way they turned out. I was trying to think of a way to make them look a little festive, so I added some cocoa, shaped them into balls with a hollow, and added pomegranate arils to the hollow. I call them “Christmas Nests.” They turned out so pretty, and my kids loved them. I took a picture. Hope you can see it with this link. We are going to make the reindeer ones tonight! Thanks again, and Merry Christmas. https://picasaweb.google.com/115202519878134045290/DropBox?authuser=0&authkey=Gv1sRgCPvP8ISs-ueMTg&feat=directlink
