~ For days of sunshine and outdoor play.

~ For what I am hoping is the beginning of our long-awaited spring. My fingers are crossed.

~ For moving into a new phase of life now that Serafina is not my little baby anymore, but is now my little girl. I can’t believe that she will be two in just over three months!

~For adjustments and a new routine. It was a little bittersweet to stop co-sleeping and breastfeeding her, but looking back on my life, in total I have breastfed my kids for just over 4 years! I think that my body is in need of a well-deserved break.

~ For a supportive husband who works so hard for our family and who loves all of his girls so much.

~ For good food and a healthy, happy family.

~ For always having just what we need and for being content with just that.

~ For my daughters, who are the best of friends.

~ For sweet, sleeping babies and morning family walks.

~ For imaginative play and crazy amounts of mess. Even though it drives me crazy (and I sometimes wonder how the heck they come up with the things that they do), I know that I will miss it. This week they were making mittens for their Tinkerbell dolls out of paper. I said that that would never work, but they managed to do it by taping two pieces of paper together around the dolls hands. They are even removable! They then proceeded to make entire wardrobes of paper clothes for their dolls (you can imagine the mess).

~ For a beautiful card from beautiful a friend.

~ For the ability to choose to be loving and choose to do good and see the good, even when life gets difficult.
