Today’s Words of Wisdom come from Mother Teresa. This is something that I have found to be very helpful for me and I keep it in my kitchen to inspire me and remind me that it is not about other people, the war truly is within. I can decide to be happy and live the way that I want to. No one is making me unhappy or holding me back but me. I am responsible for myself, my actions and my life and I can choose how I want my life to be.

People are often unreasonable and self-centered.
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of ulterior motives.
Be kind anyway.
If you are honest, people may cheat you.

If you find happiness, people may be jealous.

Do good anyway.
