Hey guys, I need a favor from you! I am working on putting together my best recipes and hopefully creating a recipe book. So… I want to know:
- What have you tried?
- What have you liked, but maybe could be even better?
- What have you loved and made over and over?
- What do you think is recipe book worthy?
- Is there a recipe that you would like to see made vegan on the blog?
If you would be so kind as to leave me a comment on this post or shoot me an e-mail (tpidruchny@gmail.com). I would greatly appreciate your help! This is a big dream of mine and I am finally getting up the courage to get the ball going. It is scary, but exciting at the same time! I am not the type to have any faith in myself when it comes to manifesting my dreams, but I have seen so many recipe books out there and decided that if they can do it, I can too! 🙂 It will be my winter project.
Thank you so much!
Your “very berry banana muffins” are a staple in my house! The only thing I changed is instead of 1/3 cup of oil – I do a 1/3 cup of applesauce to make them completely guilt-free! Good luck with your book!

Hi there,
Your banana bread is the best I’ve had. Your Sweet & Maple Stir fry is to die for. The lemon date squares are super good! The perogies….well, I didn’t have much luck with that recipe. I think I modified it and it just didn’t turn out. I think I added sweet potato to give it color.
I have been wanting to look into making more of your recipes but just haven’t had the time….Everytime I get a mesage from you, I think….I really have to look into more of her recipes!!! Keep it going!!!!!! Good luck with your book! You have one sale with me!

We love the Tofu Salad recipe … your “mayonnaise” is truly the best vegan “mayo” we’ve ever tried and the tofu salad gives me the same mouth feel as egg salad sandwiches (from a previous life). Best of luck with your book!!

Tiffany,
I am so PROUD of you to venture in to doing a cook book. It has crossed my thought from time to time but I never quite get to doing my own recipe but making every one elses.
Once I started thinking about what I have tried of yours the list became quite long.
Smoky Hickory Black Bean and Quinoa Burgers
I remember liking but I think I thought they were to soft for my liking
Teriyaki Glazed Asparagus Kale and Tofu Stir Fry
I love everthing about this recipe. Every time I make it I enjoy
it every time. Definately a keeper.
Spaghetti and Lentil Balls
like the burgers they came out very soft for me and I remember
having difficult making balls out of them because they were sticky
I taste was ok it could have just been the lentils I am not sure
Sesame Noodle Salad
This is another one I enjoy. I think the oil could be reduced
I do try to keep my oil use down but the flavor is good and
I loved try that type of noodle.
Greek Pasta Salad
I enjoyed this salad but I am not a big fan of olive I kept the recipe
as is but I think I would probably omit the olives but that is just me
Otherwise the rest of the salad is great
Apple Carrot Spice Bread
I love this bread and have a difficult time just eating one piece
I think I made it once with out oil and use apple sauce just
because of the whole oil things but other wise love this!
Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
I love, love, love this recipe. I made it for the first time and even
my nonvegan eating husband loved it! Definately a keeper.
No Bake Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Coconut Oaties
Love this one as well. I like that it is simple and doesn’t have
a lot of ingredients plus it can be made up quite quickly.
I gave this recipe to my daugther and she has made it for her
roomate and they all love them.
I was sitting here thinking of some thing I might like to see you try.
I would definately like to see another recipe using the udon noodles.
Some good smoothies recipe or some more juices might be fun too. I have thought about doing a juicing challenge for myself. Not sure you have juicer but I am looking of recipes to use. I have also thought about doing a challenge just eating fruits and vegetables so some sort of recipe around that might be nice. Just some ideas. If I think of anything else I will be sure to pass them on.
So glad to see you blogging I truly enjoy reading. I keep telling myself I am going to get back on the blogging bandwagon but just neve quite get to it. Maybe you can inspire me! 🙂

I LOVE the red quinoa corn chowder! I have made a few substitutions-I use potatoes and chopped onion, but have left out the other things (green pepper and sweet potato, I think?). It’s so yummy! I also love your recipe for the dip with the yogurt, berries, chia seeds and maple syrup. I make that all the time. I look for recipes that don’t have sugar-I try to sub w/maple syrup instead. And I also like recipes w/o a lot of oil or fat added.
I really enjoy reading your blog!!

I forgot to mention….I always use spelt flour instead of whole wheat flour in your banana bread recipes….I didn’t have chocolate chips today, so I used blueberries.
BTW…..I must have used 5 of your recipes in the last few days……and I use them on a regular basis!
