Just For Today

Just for today I will love more.

Just for today, I will relax.

Just for today, I will listen to my body.

Just for today, I will breathe deeper.

Just for today, I will appreciate my health.

Just for today, I will love and embrace everything about myself exactly as I am.

Just for today, I will sit down to eat and be mindful and grateful for the food that makes up my body and my mind.

Just for today, I will get outside and move until I feel awesome.

Just for today, I will stretch myself and see what I am capable of.

Just for today, I will step outside of my comfort zone.

Just for today, I will choose happiness.

Just for today, I will not say everything that I am thinking.

Just for today, I will not overanalyze everything and instead take it as it is.

Just for today, I will laugh and smile more.

Just for today, I give myself permission to feel.

Just for today, I will lose sight of myself and live for others.

Just for today, I will give up the fight.

Just for today, I will stop being so hard on myself.

Just for today, I will not judge myself or others.

Just for today, I will let love in.

Just for today, I will live as though it were my last.

Just for today, I will remember that if I do any of these things today and enjoy the way they make me feel, I can repeat them everyday and live a life that I love.
