It has still been mostly hot and humid around here and so we have still been spending most of our time at the beach. The summer goes by so quickly that I’ve been wanting to enjoy every minute of it before it’s back to winter boots, hats and mitts. The best place to be when it is hot is still my parents place, AKA “Grandma’s beach.” The girls could swim around there for hours and hours. It is also nice to see family and our sweet beach dog Mo who loves the water too. He even follows the pedal boat out in the lake.
Serafina discovered the water for the first time yesterday. Usually she just sits on the beach and plays in the sand. She was having a real great time splashing around and cooling herself down. I am glad that I got some good pictures this time too. So, if you are wondering where I’ve been and what we’ve been up to, it’s beating the heat.

Thanks Wendy! I do have a nice camera, but I wish I knew how to use it better though. I mostly take photos on auto.

Good thing you put actual pictures of the kids at the lake so that all your readers can truly believe you that we have hot weather up here in the SNOWY WHITE NORTH. Looks like Serafina was having a wonderful time!!
