I was looking through old writings of mine to inspire a post for tonight and I came across an old list of mine entitled “What I Believe.” So I thought that I would share with you 60 things that were on that list and hopefully inspire you to make you own. 🙂
- I believe in love.
- I believe in no regrets.
- I believe that everything happens for a reason.
- I believe what doesn’t kill us only makes us stronger.
- I believe that we can do a lot more than we believe.
- I believe in the power of one person to make a difference.
- I believe we all deserve to live a life we love.
- I believe that we are the only ones who hold ourselves back in life.
- I believe that 99% of what I worry about in life never actually happens.
- I believe that all we have is now.
- I believe that a good run and a giant cookie are both amazing, but in different ways.
- I believe that sunshine makes me happy.
- I believe that smiles are contagious.
- I believe that everyone we see is a reflection of who we are.
- I believe the people that annoy us the most are the ones we are most like.
- I believe that nothing is impossible..
- I believe in a good cry every now and then.
- I believe that the best things in life aren’t things.
- I believe in going with the flow of life and embracing every bit of it.
- I believe that we have not begun to realize the potential we all have.
- I believe that exercising is important for body, mind and spirit.

- I believe that it is not what you look like, but who you are as a person that people are really attracted to.
- I believe that simplicity is the key to a truly happy life.

- I believe in thinking and not just accepting what the world presents us as truth.
- I believe in inspiring others and being the change we wish to see in our world.
- I believe that we all know the truth, but we don’t always follow it.
- I believe in being myself, trying my best and living fully.
- I believe in listening to the wisdom of my body.
- I believe that we are all connected.
- I believe in the importance of self-love.
- I believe that peanut butter is my weakness.
- I believe that things aren’t always supposed to be good, so that we can truly appreciate when they are.
- I believe that selfishness is destructive.
- I believe that loved ones are taken for granted.
- I believe that most people miss out on their life because they are afraid to allow themselves to be happy.
- I believe that we are all way too insecure.
- I believe that I shouldn’t spend so much time in my head.
- I believe that we need more positive, encouraging, and joyful people in this world.
- I believe that people are way too serious.
- I believe in balance.
- I believe that we are all very good at playing pretend.
- I believe in seeing the best in everyone.
- I believe that people need to be less selfish, less self-aware, and less self-serving.
- I believe that the past is for two things: learning from our mistakes and cherishing the memories made.
- I believe that half the things that are said to be true will be proved wrong in 10 years or less.
- I believe that we are all a work in progress and are all on a spiritual path, whether we know it or not.
- I believe absence makes the heart grow fonder and out of sight, out of mind are both true.
- I believe that I must accept myself for exactly who I am at this exact moment in time.
- I believe that love is the answer to all things in life.
- I believe in forgiveness.
- I believe in turning the other cheek.
- I believe that if you are reading this than you are a part of my life.
- I believe that life is too short.
- I believe in judging less and loving more.
- I believe that there is such thing as too much of a good thing.
- I believe that perfection is unattainable and undesirable.
- I believe that life is a journey and it is taking me places that I never believed I could go and I can’t wait to see what else it has in store for me.
