Christmastime is a time for baking and it is a time for getting crafty around here.
Bring on the glitter!
Handprint Christmas Wreaths
I love to do handprint crafts with my kids because they are a great keepsake. Last year we made the Hand and Footprint Reindeer. This year we made handprint Christmas wreaths.
For this craft you will need:
- green construction paper
- red construction paper
- pen
- scissors
- glue stick
- glitter
- your child
Trace your child’s hand 10 times on the green construction paper and cut out each handprint. Draw a bow on the red construction paper and cut it out as well. Glue the 10 handprints together in the shape of a wreath. Add glue all around the front of the wreath and sprinkle the glitter on top. Finally, glue on the red bow.

And Autumn’s
I think they turned out so well and are proudly hung on our kitchen door. I love all of our crafts decorating our house for Christmas. Our kids are always getting crafty, which is so nice to see.
We even used the scrap from the handprint construction paper to make funky Christmas trees.
Happy Crafting!
